This is an original acrylic and mixed media painting on canvas.  It is a large piece, 30" x 40".  I begin the process by layering crumpled tissue paper to create texture in the mountains and aspen trees.  In this painting, I also used colored tissue paper to add color in the lake.  Then, I begin to paint layers of acrylic paint.
